  I wish I could give them negative stars... I took 3 new pairs of pants to get cleaned and one two of them came back looking 3x worse than before I took them in there. I took the two pairs back to be fixed and one of them came back even worse than before! When I brought them back for a third time the lady there insisted that I was normal for them to look that way- I happened to be wearing an identical pair and pointed out that they looked fine. She actually started arguing with me and telling me telling me that my pant were probably just cheap (they definitely aren't...). But hey, hopefully they will be cheap enough for her to replace if they come back still ruined! Don't take your clothes there unless you are willing to replace them after they get ruined...
