  Went on Thanksgiving night on the way home from dinner and time with family. There were was a host of staff there to help with the crowds even though it wasn't terribly busy. Despite the inconvenience of working on the holiday, they were all pleasant and helpful as needed. My wife and mother-in-law LOVE Michaels and this location is no exception.

  If you're looking for frames, scrapbooking, kid stuff, cake decorating, fake flowers, and seasonal decorations you've come to the right place. If you're looking for anything to do with soap, candles, or anything of that nature, you should go somewhere else. I noticed that half the staff seemed to be running around and stocking shelves as fast as they could, and I didn't want to bother them. The other half of the employees seem to be at the register not knowing what they were doing, and looking extremely bored. Help was unavailable during my trip, and that cinched the rating for me. Otherwise, an hour of searching the store for what I needed could have been finished in a five minute trip. They are also pretty clean and we'll organized. I'll try again in a year or so.

  I love going here because I know they'll always have a wide selection of art related things. They have an especially good scrapbooking area and kids area. I visit to buy drawing supplies, and they always have lots of stuff to choose from.
