  We relocated to Folsom from Texas, and highly recommend Pam Nelson. Pam helped us traverse the competitive seller's market and eventually find the house that fits our needs.

  * listens to your likes/dislikes & applies it to your search
  * quick to reply (always replies to your emails within 24 hours)
