  Even though they were late to arrive because one guy hadn't shown up, they called to let us know that and started out with a great energy. But less than two hours later the main guy hurt himself moving furniture and it took the company almost five hours to get him a replacement and the quality just took a nosedive. Another guy forgot his tools and none of the other guys seemed to have any to lend him, so he ended up having to use mine.
  We required having them pack/ unpack for us, but not only were we exhausted by the time evening rolled around but they were obviously as well, even the late replacement had been out on a job until 10:30 PM the night before where he talked about how a guy had quit on the job. So it doesn't sound like the company treats them well enough to give them rest- making a guy who hurt himself stay on a job for five more hours and replacing him with someone that had been out until way past normal working hours.
  So seeing how they "unpacked" my clothes by tossing them and my shoes in a haphazard pile on my bed, the books from a bookshelf were literally just thrown in a box instead of stacked, a box of kitchen supplies was covered in a box of baking soda that had been placed upside down in the box with them, and while the table was in the dining area the chairs were in the kitchen, we sent them home to unpack the rest and do damage control in peace.
  It was supposed to be a convenience to have them help pack and unpack but there are still items at our past residence and it will probably take us several days to finish moving and unpacking.
  If you have large items that you need a truck and extra hands to help with, they can certainly do that, but maybe not without getting injured. Go ahead and find other help for anything else.
