  Enjoyed my visit, but was upset with management about my failed calls and emails to recover a (moderately expensive) item that I left in the room- did not feel like the request was taken seriously. They said they would talk to the cleaning staff and call back but never did. When i called back asking about it, they said the staff didn't find it- I then discovered that they didn't even remember what the item was that they were supposed to ask about.
