  Ordered a picture online the night before. The next morning at 8:30, I received an email confirmation my picture was ready. I went to the store to pick up my order and was told it was not there and they never received my order. The clerk insisted I sent the order to the wrong CVS. I went out to my car to get my phone and went back inside to advise the clerk I did NOT send my order to the wrong location. Another clerk helped me retrieve my order and had to reprint it since it was “lost” by the openers. Why are there children closing the store when they don’t know what they’re doing?
